What version of Webex CC does this cover?

Current UI as of 2026. Webex CC cloud (not on-prem). The paths and concepts are stable, but the exact UI layout may shift — I'll update the PDF if it breaks anything critical.

Is this for Webex Calling or Webex Contact Center?

Contact Center. Webex CC has a very different admin surface than Webex Calling — that's the gap this fills.

What if the UI changes and it's outdated?

Send me a note. If the change is significant enough to break the reference, I'll update the PDF. No promises on turnaround time — I run a consulting practice, not a SaaS.
