How It Works

From purchase to first analysis
in under 2 minutes

No setup. No install. Just pay, log in, and start uploading your flows.

01

Pay once, access instantly

$49 unlocks a rolling 24-hour access window. Your timer starts when you first open the analyzer — not at checkout.

02

Upload your flow JSON

Export your Webex CC flow from Flow Designer and upload the JSON. Analysis runs entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to a server.

03

See what's broken — and fix it

Get a health score, severity breakdown, and specific issue list. Fix, re-export, re-upload. Iterate as many times as you need in the 24-hour window.

What the Analyzer Finds

Every issue that can break
your flow in production

The analyzer runs 15+ checks across your flow's structure, routing, variables, and edge connections.

Critical Issue Detection

Self-loops, broken edge references, missing entry/exit nodes — the issues that will crash your flow in production.

Flow Health Score (0–100)

Instant weighted score based on issue count and severity. Production Ready, Good Shape, Needs Attention, High Risk, or Critical.

Loop & Cycle Analysis

Detects self-loops and recursive cycles in your routing graph before they cause infinite call loops at runtime.

Variable Analysis

Finds unused variables, duplicate declarations, and scope issues across your flow's variable set.

Orphaned & Unreachable Nodes

Identifies nodes that can never be reached from the entry point — dead code in your call flow that wastes routing capacity.

Migration Validation

Running a UCCX → Webex CC migration? Test your translated flows immediately for structural issues before going live.

Common Questions

Frequently asked

When does the 24-hour window start?
Your 24-hour window starts when you first open the analyzer after purchasing — not at checkout. So if you buy now but start analyzing tomorrow morning, you still get a full 24 hours from when you begin.
How many flows can I analyze in 24 hours?
Unlimited. Upload and re-analyze as many flows as you want within your 24-hour window. Most engineers use it to iterate on one or two flows until they're production-ready.
Is my flow data secure?
Yes. All analysis runs client-side in your browser using JavaScript. Your flow JSON is never uploaded to any server. Nothing leaves your machine.
What format does the analyzer accept?
Standard Webex Contact Center flow export files (.json). Export your flow from Webex CC Flow Designer and upload the JSON directly.
Need more than 24 hours of support?
Check out our On-Demand UC Engineer retainer — starting $1,750/week (5–20 hrs/week available) for dedicated senior Webex CC engineering support embedded in your team.
